To register by mail, download the form by clicking 2011 York Inline Registration Form below. Once the form is completed please mail to the address shown below .  A cheque for the full amount must be enclosed in order for your registration to be processed.

When registering a team into our league, please note the following:

1. Registration only accepted during one of our in person registration dates.
2. Please have with you a completed registration form, including the team leader (organizer) and/or coaches name, all players (8 players and 1 goalie minimum)  must be listed on the form. All players must have individual registration forms filled out prior to playing.
3. A minimum deposit with registration of $1,000.00  
4. The  balance of the team fees must be paid in full prior to the fourth league game. 

Early registration will ensure your spot in the league, so don't delay.    Team registrations have choice of sweaters on a first come basis for that division.  Late registrations are accepted, dependent on room in a division. Make up games may not be provided, if league play has already begun.
